The APRN Alliance board of directors is an all volunteer group of advanced practice nurses. The board is comprised of 7 to 9 members, comprised of representatives of all four specialties. The bylaws stipulate that all four specialties must be represented or business cannot be undertaken. Each board member serves in their current role for one year.
